Hi ,
i tested the argon whith succes (alternatifs points and on the up)
the problem is not a problem , all games are ok.
but just an question :
why the wii need two focus for work ?
i listen two boot for working
one for detect if is an copy and one after for send the game ..
no visible at the sreen, but just listening.
can you put an update for send the game directly ?

I have fitted 3 Argon chips on D2C boards. I used the alternative points on bottom side of board. However along with other people on different forums i am experiencing freeze problems during the FMV sequences of some games eg Super Mario Galaxy, Smackdown 2008, NFS: Prostreet, Wario Ware. The freezing is quite random.
Is this problem because the first batch of Argon chips are not the latest firmware?
Or is this a fault?
Many people have the same problem but according to Oscar these were tested for many hours on differnet consoles etc
Will it be updatable with new JTAG programmer?

Hi Coaster, Not sure if first batch of Argon had older firmware, maybe the problem is because of that and yes Argon can be updated with JTAG programmer which should be available from 14th Jan. You can preorder it on www.hardstore.com right now. |

I whould like to see the infectus 17wire diagram to.
Once that's up, i'll buy one. I'm getting my wii somewhere next week
