I want to combine the ps3 with an X86_64 computer directly via this mod chip soldering to both PS3's and x86_64's motherboards to exchange tasks between them as well as operating systems like vista ultimate OEM x64 version as well as apple's leapard OS10.5 plus an underlying kernel on the hardware level to modify vista to take advantage of both processors as well as motherboards

Computer/console hardware is quite different from

Can't wait to have one of those Homebrew infectus
I already own an FPGA dev board but Xilinx dev software is such a pain (and heavy)
I want my portable dev board

@ReFix
I know what you mean, I too am a h/w junkie.  My love of FPGA/CPLD came from using Xilinx (www.Xilinx.com) in my senior technical project in university.  Though Xilinx chips are more robust and versatile, they are a bit cumbersome and can be pricey to develop on due to development requirements.   Just a side note and not to hi-jack the thread, but I think its worth mentioning for anyone interested.  Charmed Lab's Xport - GBA Kit is a perfect start-up for any enthusiast.  It looked sweet and sleek with my GBA SP set up   (www.charmedlabs.com)  However it is quite expensive!!

@Infectus or Oscar
I'm very excited and can't wait to get my hands on it. It is definitely alternative to what is out there.  Can you possibly provide details of when it will be available to buy from your resellers?

ciao

Oscar has already free open infectus.  He is waiting for the dll to use all the infectus functions.

Our dll is under testing.
