ARGON / INFECTUS - OUR POINT OF VIEW

Like you see we deleted a complete post of ARGON / INFECTUS PROBLEMS, because from TODAY are all FIXED.
Who decided to buy ARGON understud that the project was studied to be UPDATABLE, we was very clear about this point.
The price of PROGRAMMER is very cheaper and is not a BAD deal to buy it, simple because like we demostrate in all our INFECTUS story the whole project is every time in DEVELOPE and is nice to have a way to update the modchips at last version.
ALL NEW PRODUCTION IN SHIPPING FROM TODAY ARE 1.2 FIRMWARE VERSION, in february will be 1.3 firmware version.
Nice features will be release, WHO are searching CHEAPER PRICES and SHIT MODCHIPS there are many options in the markets but sure is not INFECTUS or ARGON the choice.
I'm happy that some website AUTO BANN themself with stupid DECLARATIONS from INFECTUS / ARGON distribution... I can say only that ARGON DEVELOPE is not finish and nice and cool features will be added soon on our project..
Right now our best competitor is D2CPRO 15 wires (I remember that this modchip don't do IMPORTS GAMES), but they miss to show the software to programm this modchip and the programmer is not in the market yet... we suppose they are back us in develope for sure...
We don't say that we didn't make mistakes, the HURRY of christmas didn't help us for sure... but we are sure that we NEVER FORGOT OUR CUSTOMERS and with ARGON / INFECTUS PRODUCTS they will have the BEST SUPPORT of our team...
The funny things, the canadian website that wrote " I PREFER D2CKEY 30 WIRES INSTEAD ARGON" recieved like 10pcs. of it ... hahaha and he compliant because need to buy a programmer !!! pffuuu...
Oki I to at work...
see u in the next dayss...
PS: diagram 1.3 argon online this evening

All problems are not fixed. The GameCube issue has gone unaddressed besides a simple "we're looking into it". All the GameCube posts were for some reason combined into that problems thread and now it's all deleted. Are you running out of space on your database or something? Why delete posts? That doesn't prove anything, it just gives people the idea that you're covering things up. Perhaps people that were having problems could've found the thread and saw the upgrade was needed, or different tactics to try and diagnose their problems.
So are there any updates on the GameCube issue? Will an updated Wiiktus and/or Argon firmware be released that fixes the problems?

yes, they deleted the posts, but they
clearly
stated that they did it because the problems were fixed. Although i whould have found it bether if they placed it in a, "v1.1 and previous problems topic".
For the gamecube problem, they told us it whould not be patched in v1.2., a release will come very soon

you knew that when you bought an argon you had to buy a programmer if problems would show up.
REMEBER, D2Ckey is @ v3, people with v1 or v2 and not the right d2c chipset (yes there are different moddels) whould have to buy a new chip, thats more then double the cost of a simple programmer.

READ THE FORUM BEFORE COMPLAINING
Thank you for the information, but that's a bit uncalled for. I've read every post (literally) in the English section of this website. I do not recall seeing any response to the GameCube questions in the 1.1/1.2 update release threads. If I missed it, I apologize. The post by Oscar mentioned absolutely nothing about GameCube, and it wasn't addressed previously, so I figured it was overlooked in the Argon Problems thread. Who told you it would be released soon, by the way? That would be very good news.

Could we please have an official statement about the Gamecube problems from the Infectus team? This is the only major (imho) issue left with the Argon.

I guess most users understood the project wrong from the beginning. they were expecting a solid chip they could use to mod the wii's from the end users. They were advertised as a full feature chip and multiple times claimed to not have the wiiktus freezing bug. Now it turns out otherwise and many people are upset. Mostly for the fact that their end customers now have to return their wii to do an update AND add some additional wires.
This isn't obviously customer friendly and if you were working on an unfinished project you should have advertised as such.
I myself don't care too much as I have good trust all problems will be solved eventually and I understand business sometimes mean angry customers so I tell my customers to better wait or they have to return their wii later or buy a programmer.

And I thought merging of threads was bad enough but to delete the whole "problems" thread just confirms that all they are trying to do is hide problems from potential customers. what next - ban people that air their dissatisfaction?
Surely there was no need to delete the thread as people would see that previous problems were resolved or to be resolved. Don't get me wrong, I have faith that Argon is going to be a geat product but all the problems that occured were handled pretty poorly on this forum imo. but hey I'm sure this thread will be gone by the end of the week.

Actually, If you read the other thread, Oscar is going to ban people if they continue to complain.... Hope you don't get banned

Guys,
we are working hard arround ARGON and INFECTUS projects, more news will came in the future...
again complaints that I read here I answer only...
DO YOU BELIVE IN ARGON / INFECTUS PROJECT??? If not, there are other chance in the MARKET???
Well right now our only competitor is D2PRO that NO ONE TESTED ALREADY, and where there isn't a picture of programmer of this modchip or a screenshot of the PC programm that manage JTAG update...
Who is intelligent and understand the power of ARGON / INFECTUS technology don't write here complaints, because simple understud that the KEY of this project is the REPROGRAMMING JTAG SYSTEM...
The people that complaints are only guys that don't read nothing about our work, if someone complaint because is necessary to do an UPDATE of our ARGON simple didn't understand nothing about our project.
Right now with 1.3 BETA firmware we are very near to fix all the problems, still some problems on GAME CUBE and backups SILVER (backups made in factories)...
Other things are going in the right way...
Sells of ARGON are CRAZY, and this for me is the demostration of two things:
1- ARGON is the ONLY good and REAL solution in the market with few wires
2- People REORDER, so BELIVE in the project and understand all about it
I think that who bought ARGON from resellers haven't so much problems to send it back, there are I think over 20 people waiting every 1 argon.. so if you continue to press here simple take a D2CKEY or a FUTURE D2PRO... and send back to your suplyer ARGON...
IMPORTANT! complaint are welcome if are made to help us in develope, complaints like "I never tought that was necessary to buy programmer to be up to date" here help for nothing...
I like many many users in this forum that help us to find problems and work with INFECTUS team to find a solution, these are guys that we LIKE TO HAVE HERE, no people that like only to VASTE TIME!
BYE FOR NOW
