since i am in Mexico @ America i bought  my wii for xmas in the USA and i need to know  if Infectus with argon firmware will work with the board D2C from USA, if not i will have to buy and install "the other" modchip, and i think that infectus is better, but no one answer me.

Plz if someone know if the Infectus Work, please tellme.

Thanks in advance.

Before soldering:

-connect infectus at pc and go in tools>open infectus
-after go on load DAT and select the donloaded firmware
-now click on program
-wait until finish

now you can solder your infectus on wii d2c

So you HAVE to install the firmware BEFORE soldering??? If an upgade becomes available I have to detach the chip???

No, it's not important to program the chip before the installation. You can program the chip , also after your installation.
