i think they have realised that 1 chip cant rule them all and a new chip is required...thats why no more betas will probably be released till this is sorted out....

once they know how to make the firmware and new hardware work, then they will release the firmware with a modification to the chipset....

and finaly is wii newz down.

About OSCILLATOR, I want to be clear, the current version of D2C2 firmware will work great WITHOUT OSCILLATOR ON BOARD... for the future we will introduce it in the new ARGON and probably like ADDON for old argons too..

BUT I REPEAT "D2C2" FIRMWARE WILL WORK ON CURRENT HARDWARE WITH SPI FLASH!

Well done ! release a stable firmware without the oscillator is a great chalenge ! but be sure to add it to your futur chipset because you'll probably need it with the new game protection that has not release yet (and not before one year probably) [for members here, this is just speculating, like my antoher posts  )

So, this week you'll certainly release the BETA3 firmware, fix the eject and the black boot, right ? Does this Beta3 support the latest WII game, or if not, what are the games that won't boot / crash ?

Like i said before, keep your good work !
I'm sure you'll release your final release in the next week ^^
