Read what i wrote....  after programming the dat, before to program the flash,  restart the programmer. Otherwise the flash is not recognized.

Nice. Noticed the new U point. Gonna try it tomorrow. When are you going to work on the d2b/d2a/dms support?

Good news this time!

Converted my 14 wire install to the 9 Wire install, flashed the new wasabus to my Infectus1 A3P060, the wasabi.bin, and set I and G to ground (USA). It's booting every disc I've thrown at it so far.. Booting faster than the regular Wiiktus firmware, too! GameCube games show up immediately after inserting them.

One problem it's still having is it can take up to 45 seconds for the drive to start up after turning on the Wii. Sometimes it's instant, sometimes it takes 30-45 sec.

Everything seems to be working fine besides that. I haven't tried a PAL or out of region game yet. Don't think I even have any, but all my NTSC Backups and Originals (GameCube and Wii) are working great.

One thing I noticed: The drive seems to be running slower/quieter than with the original drivecode or Wiiktus modified drive code. Is this Wasabi.bin set to decrease the normal read speed? Maybe it's all in my head.

Sounds like the sync problem. did you try making the clock wire longer like with wasabi?

Not had any drive delay probs yet on mine, the clock wire is about 1.5 inch along.

Installed a3P125 in pal console. Programmed wasabus12_a3p125.dat, and then close window. in flash commands wrote, wasabi.bin.

Perfect installed. wire to point "u" its about 15cm long.

Original game "super mario galaxy" load... and... black window... saying... an error occurs while load game... pls shutdown the wii

backups do not work.

Hi all,

I have an Infectus1 and I would like to try this firmware on it.
Can anyone please tell me if I need to short any points on infectus1 so I mimic the 2 switches? Its for a Pal. Both switches off.

Also just to confirm, I need to put the dat file and the bin file right? They can be done before installing it right?

Thanks all

for pal don't bridge any points, and yes you can flash the dat/bin before installing

I would prefer to solder alternates points instead of the 3 pins points like the Aragon alternate diagram.

Could someone provide the alternate P, Q and T points ?
