if all the issues are fixed, does that mean the infectus 2 can play ALL import games now?

no drive chip will EVER play all imports, it's simply impossible.

you can always patch the games from ntsc to pal or the other way around

As I understood, some games are made in a kind of "hardcoded NTSC", so it doesnt matter if you change the region from PAL to NTSC.... (and the other way aroudn)
Check for the online compatibility list.

Any way. I also used this video (25 min by psxcare) and it really helped me to get it all done in a proper way. Many kudos to the swedish guy that made this..

i saw the video it is cool and everithing but what does it mean should we try do do that with our wiis or what
