Dear customers,

ours friends from www.xavboxwii.com confirmed us today that ARGON and INFECTUS with WIIKTUS 1.2 firmware works great on CONSOLE WII "G2C D1A"...

All know that all first versions of D2CKEY didn't work on that console, we are happy to confirm that this problem is not reported on our products.

Infectus v1 with WIIKTUS 1.2 installed and working

Tested with a couple of PAL Wii backups and a WiiCube GC Multi.

Wii is a UK PAL D2C/D1A with serial LEH159324xx, bought today from a retail store.

I had success with mine, too. I purchased my Wii around January 7th in the US. The Argon was easily installed and actually functions without any errors like many are reporting in the forums.

I just did a D2C w/ the D1A and it did not work. It was the cleanest install I have ever done.

Orignals boot, Backups spin up then say insert disk.

I am using ARGON v1.0

Does the D1A require the ARGON to be updated to v1.2 ? or is D1A supported right from the 1st batch of chips? (v1.0)

Thanks

Mine was a clean install as well w/ the first batch of chips w/ 1.0 and it worked out fine. I'm not sure what the problem could be.

I just wanted to make sure before i rip my hair out. I gave up on the D1A and did another D1 while i waited for this reply and my D1 worked.

So far i have got three D1 working and one D1A failed and one D1A still to try.
Its 1:10 am here but what the heck, one more tonight.  Wish me luck
It will be nice to have 4 out of 5 working before i sleep.

UPDATE: 2:40 AM I got my 2nd D1A going with ARGON 1.0 Now i am going back over my install on the only failed one.

At the moment Argon/Wiiktus work on all the d2c revision. A part the freezing problem (only on the first release) other issues are not presents.
