Would it be possible using the Infectus 2 to simulate a DVD-Rom?

Why: Because I find my XBox 360 too noisy, reading of DVD-Rom (original) too slow and dislike changing the DVD media to play another game.

The image of the DVD-Rom will be stored in another place (like on a "media center", external usb harddrive, SD-Card)

On the X-Box 360
- We replace the DVD-Rom by connecting the infectus to the SATA cable.
The infectus will then simulate the firmware of the DVD-Reader (using the unique key stored on the DVD-Reader). But instead of reading data from this reader, we read data from another source like a USB-Cable.

On the X-Box 360, PS3 or Wii
- We connect the Infectus 2 to the lens of the DVD-Reader and motor. (before data are crypt.)
Instead of reading a DVD, we inject a "fake" DVD image. We could read the DVD using the same approach.

Do you think that the infectus is fast enough to simulate these functions?
May I read data and inject these data at the same time?

no. the infectus would be too slow. you'd need a lot more and more expensive hardware to keep up with the required data speed.
